After not going to the nail salon for a while due to my previous technician moving out the country. This was my first time at this establishment. I made an appointment at 8:00 AM this morning for 9:30 AM with Ms. Ruby. Upon walking in I was greeted with smiles! The service here was top tier, they have a lot complementary drinks! Menu pictured below. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out better than the picture! Thanks again Ruby I will definitely be back.

These people are so rude.The nail tech dud my nails and they were horrible. It took her 3 hours to give me a fill in. I didn’t want to be so harsh because she had just had a baby. Before she even started on my nails I told her what I wanted and showed her pictures so I could get a price. Once she started she couldn’t do my design like the picture I showed her. I end up coming back the next day because my nails were just horrible. They were going to re do them but then tried to charge me extra because they said the design I wanted cost more when in fact it was the same design I showed her the previous day and she just couldn’t do it. These people are rude and nasty. They don’t care about us and only care about our money. They talk to their customers any kind of way and are extremely disrespectful. I’ve spent thousands in that salon and I was treated horribly.

I figured I would give cloud 9 a try instead of traveling all the way back to my normal nail spa in Copperfield since I recently moved to this side of town. Poor judgment on my part. The initial impression of the shop was great. It’s clean and I was greeted with a warm welcomeand a glass of infused water. . Then Things went left.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!this place has good prices bt the technicians has to be the worse that houston has to offer. I needed a tip on my big toe due to them breaking, worse request ever. The male tech had the tips so long no matter how many times I told him to cut them down. thank goodness I wore sandles because it was no way possible to put on a tennis shoe without the nail tip cutting a hole in the shoe. I came home to cut and file my toes down, I will be going to another shop to get a polish change and big toe nails reshaped. We walked out of this place with greesy legs and toes, with paraffin wax all over our shoes.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! STAY AWAY FROM MIMI AND LONG!!!! Also added pics after I tried to fix this mess, make sure to zoom in on all the pics.

Came here to get my set removed and some shellac so my nails could have a little break. The place was super clean, I mean clean clean, which is a big deal in my book. I didn’t feel like I was being suffocated by the smell of acetone and the staff was incredibly nice. They have so many shellac colors to choose from and have drinks they offer during your service. Very affordable and they did a great job.

This place is one one the cleanest nail salons I’ve been to. Their prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of colors. The receptionist was very friendly and they have a mini bar with a variety of tasty drinks. Cindy did my toes and I absolutely love her!! She was very sweet and had a very steady hand when doing my French tip. If you want quality work and along with a friendly and positive attitude, ask for Cindy to do your pedicure. You won’t be sorry
